You may have seen my reel this week - pixel quilts, but smarter. The response has been so exciting! The Tilda Flower Branch Embroidery Quilt is our next Community Sew Along and I've been deep in the construction planning. The pattern is 2,268 squares. Will we be cutting & sewing all those itty bitty squares one by one?! HECK NO. There will be pre-sewn pairs, strip sets, and chain piecing sequences that cut the construction time roughly in half.
We've done the math! I've written up more details on the blog - what we mapped, how the method works, and what the Sew Along includes. It starts in June and I'd love for you to be part of it. If you answered our poll last week, you're on our list to get all the details first when we launch the kit preorder VERY shortly. OR! Add yourself to the Sew Along Info List here. We want as many folks to join us for this Summer Sew Along - use your stash, use our kit or map out a plan with Kona. We're giving lots of time to get organized.
